On your travels through Asia please complete the following:

2. Did you know
Chinese is the oldest written language in the world? It is made up of
characters. Numbers were some of the earliest characters. Learn how to write
the numbers form 1-10 in Chinese. Then see if you can figure out the Chinese
method of writing numbers greater than 10. Put the numbers sheet into you
travel duo-tang.
3. Tangram is an
ancient Chinese puzzle sometimes called “seven pieces of cleverness”. Follow
instructions to have fun with tangrams!
4. Japan is also a
country in Asia. Origami is an ancient paper folding technique. Follow
instructions to make an origami whale and a jumping frog. Put your origami in
your souvenir box.
5. Choose 1 country
in Asia from the cards. Redraw the flag and find out 3 interesting facts about
the country you chose.
